The mission of the RCHA is to promote strong communities and a healthy quality of life in their rural six-county service area which includes Randolph, Barbour, Tucker, Lewis, Upshur, and Pendleton Counties. The Supportive Services Department of the RCHA began as a focus on homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing. As the program continued, there was a very apparent need for additional resources to provide self-sufficiency assistance within our client base and as a result, STRIVE WV was born! Providing workforce training, soft skills training, as well as resume building & interview skill assistance, STRIVE WV offers a variety of training programs and support services. Check them out!
