Zoey dropped out of high school in 10th grade when she became pregnant with twin boys. On November 5th, 2021, she enrolled with the Doddridge County Adult Ed Program and was also enrolled in the Region 6 Youth Ready Program. While in the program Zoey has excelled in her education and will earn her high school equivalency diploma in September of 2022.
At the end of March Zoey started a work contract with Doddridge County Resources as an assistant. In the few short months that she has been working with Community Resources, she has shown determination and perseverance to give back to her community.
Zoey has assisted Community Resources with not only organizing 3 back to school bashes, but she also assisted with getting supplies and handing them out at the bashes. She also helped organize a donation drive for Paw & Claws Doddridge County Humane Society. Zoey has a true passion for caring for others. She wants to give back what’s been given to her, and she is doing just that!
