Rachel Davis was enrolled in the Youth Ready Program on June 13, 2022. Rachel completed the Cosmetology Program at Fred Eberle Technical Center. While enrolled there she obtained a Barbicide Certificate and OSHA Certificate. Rachel worked a part-time job while attending school and the Youth Ready Program provided her with a classroom stipend, travel reimbursement, and incentives for certificate attainment, which also helped support her financially while in training. Since she graduated from the program, she has obtained her Cosmetology License and is now working at Hollywood Hair Salon in Elkins, WV, which she thoroughly enjoys. She still works her part-time job at Pizza Hut while she continues to grow her clientele at the Salon.
